Payment Methods
Booking payments can be made using:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners)
- Bank transfer (available for certain properties if enabled)
Online card payments are processed through the secure WebPay (Monri Online) system.
The availability of specific payment methods depends on the selected property and booking conditions and will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
We reserve the right to enable additional payment methods depending on the property or specific booking conditions.
Payment via Bank Transfer
Payment by bank transfer is available exclusively for certain properties (e.g., holiday homes) and applies to the advance payment of 30% of the total booking price, unless stated otherwise.
The remaining amount (70%) is generally settled through:
- Online card payment; or
- Cash upon arrival, if specified for the particular property.
Information regarding the available payment methods, including the availability of bank transfers and the terms for settling the remaining balance, is clearly stated during the booking process and in the booking confirmation.
If bank transfer is available, the advance payment must be made within the deadline specified in the booking confirmation. Failure to receive payment within the specified period may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking.
Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include tourist taxes.
VAT is included only for properties registered within the VAT system. For other properties, VAT is not charged in accordance with applicable regulations.
Card Payments in Foreign Currencies
If payment is made with a card issued in a currency other than the euro, the amount will be converted according to the exchange rate applied by the card issuer.
Minor differences between the displayed price and the amount charged may occur, for which the agency cannot be held responsible.
Online Payment Security
Online payments are processed through the WebPay (Monri Online) secure card processing system.
WebPay (Monri Online) ensures secure data entry and transmission through SSL encryption and complies with the PCI DSS standard, representing the highest level of security for the protection of cardholder data.
Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment, the guest will receive a booking confirmation via email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and payment terms are defined individually for each property and are clearly displayed during the booking process and in the booking confirmation.
Guests are required to review these terms before confirming the reservation. By confirming the booking, the guest accepts the applicable cancellation policy.
In the event of any discrepancy between these General Terms and Conditions and the terms specified for a particular property, the terms defined for that specific property shall prevail.
